I have been vegan since 2013. The reason I switched to a plant-based diet was because I had digestive issues that I just couldn’t overcome until I stopped consuming animal products. While making the transition I was lost and confused…

I was looking for a vegan fitness competitor and athlete to coach me through my transition to veganism, because I wanted to be a healthy vegan, and I was tired of looking for a the perfect vegan coach to fit my needs, that I became that coach!

I was skeptical of vegans at first because of the misconception that vegans can’t be lean, fit, or healthy, but over the past several years I have mastered how to live a healthy vegan lifestyle while being lean and fit.
